Dealing
with the loss of a loved one can
be traumatic to say the least.
There are both healthy and
unhealthy ways of grieving a
loss, and because it probably
only happens to us rarely it is
sometimes difficult to know which
is which. Traumatic experiences
as the result of a sudden death,
for example, takes us into a
realm of emotional uncertainty
where we either need to be very
strong in ourselves, or
alternately need guidance to help
us to cope
temporarily. Sharing the
pain of loss permits you grieve
in safety and in health and
allows you to move on when the
time is right.
