BUSY EASTER SEES OB GOAL FEAST

Ocean Boulevard cruised to victory over Corrymeela last Thursday evening at the Blanchflower Stadium. After a slow start and going a goal down (seems to be a habit this year) OB picked up their game and equalised just before half time through Fulton. The second half was a different story as OB piled on the pressure and the goals to win easily. Final Score - Corrymeela 1 Ocean Boulevard 7

On Saturday OB played host to local rivals 1st Bangor III at the Valentines and ran out easy winners. An amazing 6 (six) goal blitz from striker Fulton was the highlight of this game for OB. Ocean Boulevard went behind to a cracking free kick early on (anyone else get a sense of Deja Vu) but fought back well in what was a bad tempered affair. Other goals came from Walker (1) and A. Crawford (3). OB could and should have scored many more but will be happy with the final score of Ocean Boulevard 10 1st Bangor III 2.

Ocean Boulevard F.C. II
OB II's travelled to Londonderry Park in Newtownards last Saturday to play Scrabo and came away with a point. A better performance by the seconds saw them create enough chances to win the game but all things considered a point was a fair result. Bunting scored twice to make the final Score Ocean Boulevard II 2 Scrabo Old Boys II 2.
