This is a temporary website which provides access to the full report produced during
the final year project entitled 'Remote Environmental Monitoring & Control using the Internet'.
The project was carried out as part of the MEng Electrical & Electronic Engineering course at the Queens University Of Belfast, during the 1999/2000 academic year.
The report hosted on this site is intended to support the project synopsis produced for 'The Millennium Science, Engineering & Technology Student of the Year Awards', but is freely downloadable to other interested parties.
Each section of the report can be downloaded by clicking on the appropriate links below.
This site will be improved over the next few days (August 8th -10th 2000). It is hoped that it will eventually be incorporated into a more permanent project website, which will offer additional information regarding the project and provide all source code as open source.
NOTE
It is known that some graphics do not load in the uploaded versions of the report. This is due to some graphics being imported by reference within the documents, in order to keep the overall size of the documents small.
An option to view the complete documents, with all graphics, will be provided, although the download time of these documents will be much greater than those without.
