A Russian airliner crashed in a forest in the south of Russia killing all 48 people on board.

The Antonov 24 with 41 passengers and 8 crew was flying form Stavropol in southern Russia to Trabzon a Turkish Black Sea city. The aircraft came down in a forest in the North Caucasus region. The cause is not yet known.
